FUOYE lecturer sets to lecture for 150 hours to break Guinness world record, calls it Aca-a-thon
Following sensational Ekiti chef Dammy’s completion of 120 hours of cooking marathon, A computer science lecturer from federal university, Oye Ekiti (FUOYE), is set to scatter Guinness world record with 150 hours of lecturing.
This was disclosed by a blog of the campus which revealed that the computer science lecturer would be setting a new record, calling it Aca-a-thon.
According to GWR, the longest lecture marathon lasted 139 hr 42 min 56 sec and was achieved by Arvind Mishra (India) at Graphic Era University, in Dehradun, India, from 1 to 7 March 2014. The lecture topic was on scientific computation.
This new development comes a few hours after Guinness World Record GWR officially announced that Hilda Baci is now the holder of the longest cooking record breaker.
