Cardi B and Offset made headlines this week after gifting their daughter Kulture a $20K (£15,400) pink Hermès Birkin for her fifth birthday.
The rapper, 30, shocked fans when she shared footage of her ‘pretty princess’ wearing a fancy feathered frock and ballet-style sandals with the expensive purse – created 1984 in honor of Jane Birkin.
The lavish handbag is one of many for the tot, who has built up quite the luxurious collection over the years.
In 2020, when Offset purchased another Birkin bag for Kulture’s second birthday, reportedly worth $8,000 (£6,200) Cardi B defended their decision against online shamers.
‘When celebrities buy their jewelry and designer sh*t, people be like, ‘Kids don’t care about that. They only care about toys and candy,’ she explained on Instagram Stories.
‘Yeah, they only care about toys and candy, but the thing is the kids also go outside. You know what I’m saying? Kids go to restaurants, kids go to fancy places, celebrity kids, they go do red carpets.’
