The former footballer, 42, and the blonde beauty exchanged vows at the lavish Hotel La Vecchia Posta in Ladispoli and splashed out on a lavish Big Day.
Frank and Christine Lampard, John Terry and Sam Faiers and her partner Paul Knightley were among the famous faces in attendance.
The nuptials come 12 years after his four year marriage to pop star Cheryl, 40, ended.
Sharon and Ashley, 42, share son Jaxon, six, and four-year-old daughter Grace, and the pair confirmed their engagement last year after they first met in 2014.
The pair exchanged vows in the romantic setting under a flower arch as the ocean stretched out behind them before they then walked back down the aisle.
