TSB News reports that Taiwo Odukoya was a Nigerian Pentecostal pastor. He was the senior pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju, Lagos, with a membership strength of over 8,000 people.

He was 67 years at the time of his death in 2023.
Career
Taiwo Odukoya was born on 15 June 1956 in the city of Kaduna, Colonial Nigeria, where he was also raised. He had his primary and secondary education at Baptist Primary School, Kigo Road, Kaduna and St. Paul’s College (now known as Kufena College, Wusasa) Zaria respectively, before proceeding to the University of Ibadan in 1976 where he obtained a degree in petroleum engineering in 1981. As a petroleum engineer, he started work at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in April 1982 after the compulsory one-year National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) scheme, and served there until his voluntary retirement in January 1994 after his call to the ministry.
Taiwo and Bimbo Odukoya co-founded The Fountain of Life Church in 1992 with a stated vision “to teach men and women the art of building successful relationships and the principles of leadership so they can be they are created to be. ” The Church has several missions in South Africa, the United Kingdom, United States of America, Switzerland, Kenya, Equatorial Guinea, Republic of Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Republic of Benin and Togo.

Pastor Bimbo Odukoya
Pastor Bimbo Odukoya of the Fountain of Life Church tragically died on the 11th of December, 2005 Sosoliso plane crash at the age of 45. Sixteen years later, her three children, Jimmy, Tobi, and Tolu, remembered her and celebrated her for leaving them with good values.
Pastor Nomthi Rosemary Odukoya
Pastor Taiwo lost his first wife, Pastor Bimbo Odukoya on December 11, 2005, as a result of the Sosoliso plane crash. In 2010, Pastor Odukoya married Rosemary Nomthi, a South African. Nomthi reportedly died of cancer.
According to a statement on the Church official Twitter page, she battled the deadly disease for two years. He continued to celebrate her birthday two years after her passing. See his post below:

Pastor Taiwo Odukoya’s Cause of Death
The Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church (TFOLC), Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, died at the age of 67 on the 7th of August 2023, two years after the passing of his second wife.
A message posted to the church’s Facebook account Tuesday evening said:
“The Fountain of Life Church Family, in total submission to the will of God Almighty, announces the passing unto greater glory of our Father, our Teacher, a great servant of the Most High God, Pastor Daniel Taiwo Odukoya, Founding pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, who passed unto glory on the 7th of August 2023 in the USA.”
The cause of death was however not disclosed.
