Davido, Toke Makinwa, Zlatan, Falz, Ubi Franklin and other celebrities show up at Mohbad’s candlelight procession (Video)

On the 21st of September in Lekki, Lagos State, a candlelight procession was held in memory of the late singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known as Mohbad.

Esteemed Nigerian celebrities such as Davido, Falz, Toke Makinwa, Ubi Frankin, and Dorcas Shola Fapson were among those who came to pay their respects at the event.

Fans and well-wishers turned out in large numbers to participate in the procession.

As per the late singer’s management, the procession commenced at Lekki Phase 1 Gate and concluded at Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Following the procession, a tribute concert kicked off promptly at 8 pm at Muri Okunola Park.

Videos captured at the scene depict numerous candles being lit by mourners as a heartfelt tribute to the departed singer.

Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, at the tender age of 27, and the circumstances surrounding his demise have generated significant controversy.
