“People who pronounce hair as air should not be making rules” Omojuwa tackles Khloe after she castigated wearing natural hair in events
Writer JJ Omojuwa has taken a stand against the controversial statement made by former BBN housemate Koko by Khloe regarding natural hair at social events.
Omojuwa, known for his commentary on societal issues, criticized Khloe’s remarks. He argued that people who mispronounce words due to language interference, like saying ‘heels’ into ‘eels’, or ‘air’ instead of hair’ should not be the ones setting standards or rules in society. This statement indirectly referenced Khloe’s Yoruba accent.
Omojuwa’s criticism follows Khloe’s declaration that guests at her events are not permitted to wear their natural hair. This rule, which has been met with significant backlash, demands that all attendees at any of her events wear wigs or braids instead.
Now recall that recently, Khloe made a personal revelation about her body image and sexuality. She openly discussed her decision to undergo cosmetic procedures, not for the sake of pleasing others, but as an act of self-love. This statement has drawn both praise and criticism.
Also, recall that Khloe had expressed her dismay about the necessity of women working. Her emotional plea, questions why women should work. She had revealed that she was still very much her father’s princess and did not understand why she had to get up every morning to work.
