Nigerian stand-up comedian Seyi Law has reacted to the circulating video of him at an event complaining about Tinubu’s government that he supported during the 2023 General elections.
During a podcast session on The Honest Bunch, Eedris revealed that Seyi Law who performed at a recent event he attended, said he’s no longer standing on Tinubu’s mandate which is the mantra of supporters of the current Nigerian leader.
Moment later video corroborating Eedris Abdulkareem’s claim of Seyi Law saying supporting President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election is his biggest mistake surfaces.
Seyi Law re-echoed what Eedris said in the video during his performance at the event. He was heard saying he’s now “tired of standing on the mandate and needs to sit now”.
The comedian also said people no longer spray him money because he supported Tinubu. He further claimed that Vice President Kashim Shettima’s presence during Nigeria’s match against South Africa in the just concluded AFCON made things hard for the Nigerian national team.
Following the release of the video by LIB, Eedris Abdulkareem took to the blog post’s comment section and boldly tagged Seyi Law to come and see the evidence.
He wrote; “abdulkareemeedris’s profile picture I tot you said I was lying @seyilaw1 😂😂😂😂 my beautiful sister @lindaikejiblogofficial thank you so much…”
Responding to the tagging by Eedris Abdulkareem, Seyi Law said he has so much respect for Eedris Abdulkareem and might end up loosing it while adding that Eedris is trying to find relevance by fire by force.
Seyi Law uttered; “Baba, I respect you gan, but this path of unnecessary lie to pander to your over bloated ego and unsolicited activism go make you lose the respect. This relevance wey you dey find by force sha.”
