Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, has expressed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives during the #EndBadGovernance protests.
Since the nationwide protests began on Thursday, August 1, several citizens have tragically died.
“I deeply mourn these brothers and sisters of ours who have lost their lives in their struggle for a better nation. I sincerely believe in my heart that Nigeria will rise in the future, and the issues of hunger, poverty, and insecurity will be confined to the past,” Obi stated, sympathizing with the families of the deceased.
