The controversy began when Davido, in a video that quickly went viral, made derogatory remarks about Sheila, suggesting that she regrets leaving Isreal DMW due to their lavish lifestyle, including private jet trips and access to millions. Davido’s exact words were:
“The b!tch, I know she’s feeling bad now, you’re on top! We taking jets, we balling billions of dollars, her loss! Her loss!”
His comments sparked mixed reactions across social media platforms, with some fans defending Sheila while others sided with Davido.
Hours after the video circulated, Sheila responded subtly but powerfully by joining the viral TikTok challenge called ‘Dance or Go Back to Your Ex.’ She reshared a video of media personality and actor Emmanuel Taymesan participating in the challenge, featuring a voiceover saying, “Do you expect me to go back to my vomit?”
Through this, Sheila made it clear that she has no intention of returning to Isreal DMW, despite the luxurious life he may be leading under Davido’s wing.
