Popular TikTok sensation Khaby Lame has reportedly been detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and has since left the United States amid the country’s ongoing immigration clampdown.
According to a spokesperson for ICE via Mail Online, Lame was taken into custody on June 6 for immigration violations after arriving in the U.S. on April 30. It was revealed that the Senegalese-born content creator had overstayed the terms of his visa.
The reports further stated that Lame was granted voluntary departure and has now officially left the country.
