Obaro Oji, a banker with First bank has been purportedly murdered by gunmen at the NNPC Housing Complex Bridge axis, bordering Warri South and Uvwie Local Government Areas in Delta State.
The security man of a nearby filling station told him that the man was allegedly killed at about 8:00pm on Tuesday December 12 by unknown gunmen, who reportedly chased him to the spot and shot him without taking anything from the car he drove. On Wednesday December 13, the lifeless body of the unknown man was taken away in an Ambulance with Police escort. When contacted on phone, the Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Delta State Command, DSP Aniamaka Andrew could not ascertain if the command had been notified of the gory development.
