Bill Cosby, 80, has been found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault. The 80-year-old comedian was accused of drugging and violating Andrea Constand at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004 and was charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault. The jury – made up of seven men and five women – deliberated for 14 hours from Wednesday morning following the two-week retrial at Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania. They delivered a guilty verdict on Thursday.

He now faces 10 years in prison on each count. He was said to have lashed out at prosecutors following the guilty verdict. Cosby was reported to have lashed out after District Attorney Kevin Steele asked the judge to revoke bail following the guilty verdict. The prosecution argued that the actor is a flight risk due to his private jet. It was then Cosby reportedly shouted: ‘He doesn’t have a plane, you a–hole!’ The judge ruled that Cosby will remain free pending sentencing.
