Cardi B made an embarrassing blunder on Twitter on Thursday as she tried to figure out why Childish Gambino and Donald Glover look like identical twins.
‘It’s amazing how Donald Glover and Childish Gambino look soo much alike,’ she tweeted. ‘I think they secretly the same person. So dope!’
Minutes later she tweeted:
‘Wait. I’m confuse now?!’
Prior to her tweets, Cardi wasn’t aware that Glover’s rap name is Childish Gambino. She has since deleted the tweet. But Twitter has yet to go quiet on the subject. On user said:
‘If you didn’t know Childish Gambino was Donald Glover you’re a fake fan.’
While another tweeted:
‘Cardi blondie.’
Back in 2011, Glover revealed to Jimmy Fallon that the name Childish Gambino came from a Wu-Tang name generator.
‘I really liked it,’ he said about the name he adopted in his sophomore year of college. ‘It just felt like me—like a little scary but mostly cuddly.’
But according to the Huffington Post, Donald plans to retire his alter-ego sooner rather than later.
