Donald Trump has an unlikely supporter in jailed hate preacher Abu Hamza. The hook-handed terrorist has been sending fan mail from his cell to the president of the USA – who he calls ‘Potus-T’. Bizarre messages seen by The Sunday Times show that Abu Hamza backs Mr Trump’s controversial manner of dealing with journalists.
He advised the president to set up his own White House TV channel as a means of bypassing the ‘fake/corrupt’ mainstream media. The 60-year-old former imam of London’s Finsbury Park mosque also pandered to the president by agreeing that Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the US election is a ‘witch hunt’. Notably hook-handed, Abu Hamza is said to attach a pen to his stumps to allow him to write.
