The Notting Hill Carnival has kicked off its second day of festivities with a large dose of colour. Carnival queens have been showing off their feathers and sparkling outfits as thousands of people get ready to take to the streets of west London for another day of partying. And unlike on Sunday, none of the colourful outfits have had to be covered up by ponchos and rain coats.
