A woman who stripped down to her lingerie to dive into an icy cold lake, got a huge shock as she jumped in.
The Russian woman who was wearing just a black bra and g-sting after throwing her woolly hat to one side, took a run up and grabbed her legs as if about to bomb into the water.
But her attempt was unsuccessful as the lake was frozen solid, so instead of gracefully landing in the cold water, she slammed against the ice.
She was thrown back hard and hit her head as the man filming laughs at her feeble landing.
She struggles to stand up and has hurt one of her feet in the attempt.
A photo uploaded later, appears to show that the woman has damaged her ankle.
The footage was reportedly filmed in Balashikha to the east of Moscow in Russia.
