Cassie Ventura took to Instagram to express her grief over the loss of her ex-boyfriend Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ former love, Kim Porter.
Kim died suddenly on Thursday from cardiac arrest after dealing with a bout of pneumonia at the age of 47.
Diddy’s inner circle has been rocked by the tragic loss, particularly the rapper who was spotted leaning on Cassie the day after learning the news.
There are no words,’ Cassie began on social media.
‘An amazing mother to her beautiful family, lit up every room she entered and now the most beautiful angel,’ she wrote in the caption.
Along with the tribute, Cassie posted a stunning black and white image of the late model.
‘Sending so much love and my condolences to the Porter and Combs family,’ Cassie said before calling out each of the children by name.
She even sent a special message to Diddy, with whom she recently ended her own romance.
‘I love you @quincy, @kingcombs, Jessie, D’Lila, Chance, @princejdc and @diddy. Puff you are already the best father. I know you will be amazing.’
The day after Kim was found dead, Diddy seemed to turn to his ex Cassie for solace as the two were spotted together.
‘Cassie reached out to Diddy,’ a source told E! News exclusively, ‘sending him a text message checking up on him and expressing her condolences.’
The source said Diddy was ‘pleasantly surprised’ to hear from her and ‘very touched by her thoughtful text.’

Last week authorities arrived at the model’s home around 11:30 am on Thursday morning after they received a call saying someone was in cardiac arrest.
Sources reported that Kim has been suffering from the flu which turned into pneumonia.
However her official cause of death remains unknown to investigators who’ve completed an autopsy, according to The Blast.
‘The cause of death will be deferred pending toxicology results but as of now … it’s a complete mystery,’ the outlet reported.
