Residents of Owerri, Imo state, were left in tears after finding a new born baby dead early this morning.
According to reports, the baby was discovered in a dust bin Ama-wire junction in the state capital.
This is happening months after a new born baby was found dead after being abandoned at a bin in Owerri, Imo state.
The baby who was apparently dumped by the mother – was discovered dead in a carton.
