A doctor is behind bars after a patient reported him for allegedly sexually assaulting her while he performed an ultrasound on her vagina.Dr. Ezequiel Fernández Bugin, 33, was quickly taken into custody at the Canning Medical Center in the Argentine province of Buenos Aires.
He was charged with sexual abuse.
The 27-year-old woman was visiting a medical diagnostic imaging center in the town of Canning when she noticed Dr. Fernández Bugin making strange movements, according to Argentine news outlet, La Prensa.
The woman, who’s name was withheld by authorities, claimed the physician was masturbating when she turned around.
The victim, who also underwent a kidney exam, said she touched her back and discovered that Dr. Fernández Bugin had ejaculated on her back.
She confronted him and rushed out the room before calling 911. Cops arrived at the medical facility and placed the doctor under arrest.
Law enforcement officials requested that the woman turn in her clothes for further investigation and also ordered a review of the clinic’s video surveillance system.
