30,000 South Africans gathered at the Moses Mabhida Stadium to Senzo Meyiwa, 27, the South Africa national team captain and goal keeper who was shot dead at his girlfriend’s apartment by unknown gunmen last Sunday. His remains was interred yesterday at the Heroes Acre Chesterfield cemetery. The funeral comes a day after it was announced that a suspect has been arrested and charged for his murder.
