The government and Authorities in Kigali, Rwanda’s capital have declared $10 fine for anyone who refuses to wear mask in public or not wearing it properly.
The authorities are enforcing same fine on people who will violate the 2m (6ft) social distancing rule in public, or disregard the night-time curfew.
There will be huge fine of $200 for organizers of parties and unaccepted gatherings who will be caught, and those who will attend will be fined with $25.

Rwanda was the first country in sub-Saharan African to enforce a total lock-down after confirming its first cases.
Some people who violated restrictions were taken to stadiums and school buildings where they were forced to sit all night or day, but now the authorities are not doing it that way but to fine anyone who violate the rule or protocols.
