28-year-old Lady Gaga (real name Stefani Germanotta) stripped herself back, posing unclad but for a pair of her wigs and an artfully placed shadow. In a snap posted to her Instagram the singer pulled off her wigs and posed with them held over her chest. She wrote:
‘Your heart is filled with vanity, mine insanity.’
She had her natural brunette tresses pulled back tightly in a bun. A silver metallic pole, that is blurred out-of-focus, covers up her midriff.
