Social media platform, Snapchat, experienced a service outage today, leaving some over 290 million online users frustrated and unable to connect all over the world.
Snapchat was first reported as not being available from 11:50am today, as users lament their inability to send and receive messages on the app.
According to Down Detector, over 14,000 users have logged their complaints concerning the outage on the social app.
The photo-sharing platform has, however, acknowledged that it is currently facing some issues, as the team assured that they’re looking into it.
Snapchat took to Twitter to write, “We’re aware that some Snapchatters are having issues using the app right now – hang tight, we’re looking into it!”
