Meadow Rain Walker was born in Northern California, in the United States, on November 4, 1998. Her mother raised her in Hawaii. She was Paul Walker’s daughter from a relationship with Rebecca Soteros, albeit the two later divorced and split up. She spent her first 13 years of life in Hawaii, but when her mother’s alcoholism became a problem, Paul was granted custody of her.
