Tobi Amusan Makes World Women’s Athlete Of Year Final List
Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan has made the final list of World Women’s Athlete of the Year 2022 award.
Amusan has dominated in the women’s 100m hurdles this year, setting a world record time of 12.12 seconds in the semi-finals of the World Athletic Championships in Eugene, Oregon in July, before taking gold in the final.
The 25-year-old is also the current Diamond League, Commonwealth and African 100m hurdles champion and she will battle Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Kimberly Garcia, Sydney McLaughlin and Yulimar Rojas for the award which will be announced in December.
