Portuguese man Vladir has taken his bodybuilding too far as his muscles are extremely out of proportion– his breasts unevenly sized, his biceps ratio shocking crazy, his shoulder muscle almost the length of his neck (he can never wear normal shirt); Vladir now looks like a caricature.
Speaking on Portuguese TV, Vladir who appeared on a competition to show off his shocking muscles explained how people had mocked him for being too thin and to get back at them, he decided to “bulk up” and has since faced criticism from folks who have accused him of using muscle-enhancing drugs
“He says he does not recommend it to anyone as well, but he loves it, that’s why he does it,’ a translator explained what the Portuguese-speaking Vladir said, “he wanted to get big so he also used anabolic steroids and actually wants to get even bigger, especially in the legs.”
Though Vladir said he is proud of how he was able to bulk up, he wouldn’t advise anyone to do it.
Now, there are worries that Vladir may have harmed himself because the substances he took are reportedly life-threatening as they can cause “pulmonary embolisms, nerve damage, infections, strokes, ulcers and cysts.”
