Wife: Oyedepo and I didn’t have desired finance for our second son’s naming ceremony

Faith, the wife of David Oyedepo, has recounted how they “didn’t have the finances desired” for the naming ceremony of their second son.

The wife of the founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide took to her Twitter page on Sunday to speak about the birth of Isaac, her second son.

Faith said despite not being able to afford an elaborate naming ceremony for Isaac, the ceremony was filled with “laughter.”

Faith said their story has changed, adding that God has blessed her family with “more than enough to travel to anywhere in the world.”

“When our second son was born, we didn’t have the finance for the kind of naming ceremony we desired,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself and Isaac.

“But we were joyful and excited. Ironically, the baby was named Isaac, which means Laughter and the naming ceremony was characterized by laughter!

“Today, the story has changed positively. God has not only blessed us with more than enough for any kind of celebration.

“We can afford to travel anywhere in the world to name our grandchildren. Truly, God is too faithful to fail!”
