Jubilation across Abia state over creation of ‘first-ever’ water fountain in the state (video)
Abia state residents are up in excitement over the recent creation of a water fountain by the state governor.
A video shared online showed some residents of the state at the water fountain elated as they stood in front of it to take photos and videos.
An X user @NoNonsensezone who shared the video, wrote;
