Fast-rising Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, stirred reactions after giving out food items to needy Nigerians.
The controversial singer shared a video on his Instagram page, showing him distributing noodles, spaghetti, and other food items to the poor.
This act of charity came just hours after Portable faced massive backlash on social media for labeling #EndBadGovernance protesters as poor and lazy.
In his statement, he claimed their joblessness led to nationwide protests and urged them to fend for themselves.
Despite his efforts, Portable’s charity work failed to impress many, especially in light of his previous comments.
