Popular Nollywood actor and comedian, Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu, better known as Ijoba Lande, has opened up about his troubled marriage, alleging that his estranged wife, Muyibat, had affairs with multiple men in the industry.
In a recent video shared on his YouTube page, Lande revealed that his wife repeatedly denied him intimacy while engaging in extramarital relationships with influential figures in Nollywood.
The actor expressed deep emotional pain, stating that beyond her infidelity, his ex-wife was also provocative and deliberately tried to push him into reacting violently.
“Before my wife moved out, she made my life miserable. She would intentionally provoke me to hit her, but I never did. It’s not easy for a man to raise his hand against a woman he loves. Despite everything, I still didn’t want her to leave,” he said.
Lande further disclosed that his wife, who once claimed to have hormonal issues preventing intimacy, was actively involved with other men outside their marriage.
“I haven’t been intimate with my wife for eight months. Even at my child’s naming ceremony, one of her male friends danced with her and tapped her butt in public,” he recalled.
The comic actor warned that exposing the names of those who allegedly had affairs with his wife could put his life at risk.
“If I start mentioning names, I might not make it home because some of these people are highly connected,” he said.
His revelation has since sparked widespread reactions on social media, with fans sharing mixed opinions on the issue.
