Aura V becomes youngest Grammy winner at 8

Eight-year-old American singer, Aura V has made history as the individually credited Grammy winner in history.

Her group, FYÜTCH & Aura V, a father-daughter won Best Children’s Music Album for Harmony at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, making her the youngest winner ever.

Aura V broke the record set by Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s daughter Blue Ivy when she won her first Grammy in 2021 at the age of 9.

Blue Ivy won the Grammy for Best Music Video for her contribution to Brown Skin Girl at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, making her one of the youngest Grammy winners in history.

The song also features her mother Beyoncé, Nigerian singer Wizkid and Guyanese rapper Saint Jhn.

However, Saint Jhn was not credited in the Grammy win because he didn’t appear in the music video.
