The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton attended the Art Fund Museum of the Year Award, held at London’s Natural History Museum in an off-the-shoulder dress which she paired the mesh-panelled Barbara Casasola dress with strappy sandels and a sparkling clutch bag.
