2014 Oscar host, Ellen DeGenere, took a selfie with some of Hollywood’s bigwigs including Lupita Nyong’o, Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, Channing Tatum, Meryl Streep, Kevin Spacey & Jennifer Lawrence. The photo was taken by Bradley Cooper got over 2.6 million retweets beating the 778,000 most retweets previously held by President Barack Obama. The tweet crashed Twitter for a few minutes because of the traffic the photo tagged “best selfie ever” generated. Hmm, was it the star-studded nature of the picture that blew it up? NB.
