Kim’s bridesmaids, clad all in white, stand gathered at the front of the guests, as the couple appear to clasp hands. A wall of white peonies and roses at least 20ft high, shields them from onlookers on the hilltop at the 16th century Forte di Belvedere. They’ve spent millions, flown hundreds of guests across the Atlantic and monopolised the world’s attention.
