Nigeria’s Second Republic Minister of Transport, Alhaji Umaru Dikko has died this morning in the United Kingdom. Umaru Dikko, born in 1936 at Wamba was a trusted adviser to President Shehu Shagari. He was also the Nigerian minister for Transportation from 1979-1983.
