Jack Wilshere – hailed as one of English football’s brightest young talents – has been caught in the act of smoking for the second time in 10 months. The Arsenal midfielder and Manchester City star Joe Hart (pictured top right with Wilshere) – two players likely to have key roles in England’s future – were photographed partying boisterously in Las Vegas.
