47-year-old Japanese politician Ryutaro Nonomura cried publicly after being quizzed about his alleged misuse of public on funds.
At the press conference on Wednesday, Nonomura is seen crying and hitting at his table. He said, “I finally became an assembly member,” pausing for an extended bout of crying, “with the sole purpose of changing society.” Watch the video below
