Woman With Vitiligo Is Transformed With Make-up

Lisa Johnson, 24, from Los Angeles, developed vitiligo when she was a child and bullies have made her life a misery ever since. After 17 years of suffering she has turned to a skin specialist to for help. While she is undergoing a specialist form of UV light therapy to re-colour her skin, until it takes effect Lisa has been given a specialist computer generated cover-up product. The program analyses images of Lisa’s skin and it tells a dermatologist how much of each colour to use to cover over the white patches, totally transforming her appearance.
