Australian cricketer Phillip Hughes (inset) died aged 25 at Sydney’s St Vincent’s Hospital on Thursday afternoon from a severe brain injury he suffered while playing a Sheffield Shield match for South Australia against NSW. Devastated fast bowler Sean Abbott (left), who delivered the ball that struck Hughes in the head, was consoled as he left Sydney’s St Vincent’s hospital.
