Michael Jackson spent 30 years trying to achieve his idea of perfection, but now a new TV documentary has revealed a computer-generated image of how he would have looked without surgery today (bottom right). He started out modestly enough – wanting a different nose (top left, before surgery and second left after his first nose job) – but he went on to have 100 procedures as he desperately tried to repair the damage done by reckless and botched operations and injections.
