A woman went to a beautician’s and came back looking ‘like a clown’ with four eyebrows. Delsha Campbell had asked for tattoo fillers on her eyebrows but was left horrified when a new set were drawn above her natural eyebrows. The 22-year-old said she was so ashamed she would not leave her house in Manchester for months. The semi-permanent ink was supposed to fade but is clearly still visible, two years later.
