A New Jersey-born Bollywood actress has died at the age of 31 after reported liposuction surgery went wrong. Aarthi Agarwal, 31, died of cardiac arrest at a hospital in Atlantic City after respiratory problem The death on Friday is thought to come roughly a month after the actress received liposuction surgery in the United States.
Her marriage to a US engineer in 2007 ended in divorce two years later. She reportedly moved back to New Jersey to live with her parents in Egg Harbor Township. Though her career had slowed down in recent years, Agarwal’s latest film, Ranam 2, was released on Friday.
