Pastor Matthew Asuquo, an Akwa Ibom State born man is still in pains after a co-tenant set his only son ablaze, leading to the death of the promising young man who was seen as the shining light of the family. Pastor Asuquo whose family resides in Ajegunle in the Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area of Lagos State, is still to come to terms with the fact that he has lost his son while the co-tenant who has, at various times, inflicted injuries on his wife, is still walking free.
The bereaved father narrated how Osasa had an argument in their compound with his wife, Cecilia, on March 20, and while they were arguing, she brought out a knife with which she stabbed his wife on her forehead.

He said that he reported the case at the police station but the culprit was not arrested nor anything done to her, giving her the boldness to carrying out more horrendous attacks on his family including stabbing his daughter on the neck on June 13.
