These are the heartbreaking scenes after a nine-year-old bat boy was was fatally struck in the head by a practice swing at a baseball game on Saturday.   Liberal Bee Jays outfielder Gavin Wehby can be seen clutching little Kaiser Carlile to his chest during the National Baseball Congress World Series game.

Kaiser, who is dressed in his beloved red, white and blue team outfit, is clearly unresponsive, with a speck of blood marking his fair hair, while Wehby appears to be shouting at someone out of view.
