Voluptuous Ghanian-born movie newbie, Peace Hyde, is having to explain her body shape even before she becomes a regular face on the Ghana movie scene as an actress.
“I know I am well-endowed but I don’t know why anyone should think I have done boobs and bums job. I have had people walk up to me to ask why I have such big breasts and buttocks and whether I have done boobs and bums job. All I tell them is my body is natural and not artificial,” Peace told Showbiz on Monday.
According to Peace, who has so far appeared in a handful of movies comprising Protégé, The Prodigal and Adams Apples Season 10, it has never crossed her mind to do anything artificial to enhance her breasts and buttocks. She claimed that she has really worked on her body by hitting the gym and doing regularexercises.
“I used to be very big some years ago; I had big buttocks and breast but with regular exercise I have reduced in size and I like the way I look now” Peace said.
Peace, who grew up in the U.K said she is determined to make it big on the Ghanaian movie scene.
“To have been selected by eminent movie producer, Shirley Frimpong Manso to play in her movie Adams Apple should tell everyone that I have something to offer Ghanaians”, she said.
Although she visited twice, Peace returned to Ghana in January this year after 28 years stay in the U.K.
“I have always dreamt of coming home where I belong and I am glad I have finally relocated. I am happy to be back home”, Peace said with a beaming smile..
Besides acting, Peace also plays presenter roles and has had the opportunity to host some events including the recent launch of the Ghana Movie Awards at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Accra.
