Prior to the 2015 presidential elections, President Buhari tweeted in response to the biting fuel scarcity that plagued the later days of former President Jonathan’s government. The people loved the message. Many who were frustrated by that government felt it was time for CHANGE! Ironically, with the gruelling fuel scarcity that has hit the nook and crannies of the nation for over a week now, it is safe to say his tweet has come back to bite him!
