Outgoing Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI)& Minister-designate , Zainab Ahmed, officially handed over the affairs of the agency to the Director of Communications of the agency, Ogbannaya Orji at a brief ceremony which held in Abuja yesterday November 3rd.
