Arun Rajput, 20, from a remote village in Farrukhabad in Uttar Pradesh, northern India, has been labelled a devil by villagers, forcing him to live the life of a recluse.

An Indian man who was born with four legs has been branded a ‘devil’ by fellow villagers, forcing him to live the life of a recluse. Arun Rajput, 20,  is now hoping for a possible surgery so he can lead a normal life.

He said: ‘People laugh at me. They say I am a devil.’No one respects me here because I look different. But I want to be like one of them. I want to work like other men.’

Rajput’s extra limbs, which are believed to be those of an undeveloped parasitic twin, mean he cannot sit properly, walking has become uncomfortable and he has to have tailor-made trousers developed. See more photos below
