Read the FIRST PARAGRAPH, line one of this letter written to the Senate by President Buhari to correct ERRORS in the 2016 Budget presented on December 22, 2015. It states that the 2016 Budget was presented on December 22, 2016! A letter to correct an ERROR, containing another ERROR! Isn’t this a GOVT of ERRORS?”
