The Actor died barely six days after popular actor, Mike Odiachi, was reported dead. The news of his demise was announced by former Director, Actors Guild of Nigeria and ace producer, Fidelis Duker, on his Facebook page:
“Adieu talented and veteran Actor Festus Aguebor.Remember your brilliant delivery of Chief Odeku in my 2002 movie, Family Contract starring Desmond Elliot, Chioma Akpotha, Steph-Nora Okere, Afolabi Bolasodun Makinde, Grace Evaly, amongst others.May your soul rest in peace, Amen(sic).”
The ‘Igodo’ actor known for his white beards, before his death left Lagos and relocated to his home state of Edo about four years ago. He is believed to be in his 70’s.
